Factor Investing
Factor investing is the practice of systematically targeting specific drivers of return that have historically outperformed the broad market. Rather than picking individual stocks, factor investors seek exposure to characteristics — like cheapness, quality, or momentum — that academic research has identified as persistent sources of excess return.
See this in P2: P2's Securities page shows composite factor scores for individual equities. The score reflects quality, value, and momentum exposures as percentile ranks within the security's sector.Open →
